Welcome to the full moon in mystical Pisces! Musings on the Numerology for the day and the Harvest season. It’s the 19th of September, 2013. It’s a 1/10 day, a 1 Attitude, and the overall day’s energy is a 7, by adding the day, month and year. So let’s look at all three vibrations. The cards are from the Gaian Tarot by Joanna Powell Colbert. http://gaiantarot.com
1’s and 7s are in the mind family in Numerology. The 1 is about action, the 7 is spiritual, analyzing and going within. The 1 is calling us to move forward, to expand our thinking. In the Tarot, key card 1 is the Magician, telling us the magic is within us. There are infinite possibilities, we can manifest what we desire. The vibration of the 1 asks us to be clear and confident about our desires, intentions, and our message that we put forth into the Universe. The 7 has us look inward for spiritual guidance and ask for help from our Guides, Angels, and the Divine. And like the Chariot or Canoe card in the Gaian Tarot, we are focusing on our intentions as we move forward.
As the wheel of the season turns, 10 is associated with the Wheel of Fortune. It’s about releasing, cycles, and seasons. During the Full Moon in Pisces, we can work with the 1 and 7 vibrations balancing the physical and spiritual.
We are approaching the Autumn Equinox this coming Sunday. Also, Mabon is celebrated at this time. On the Equinox, night and day are nearly exactly the same length. We notice the colors exploding in nature and smells of the harvest season, cinnamon and other Fall spices, apples and root vegetables cooking in our ovens, and the herbs harvested from our gardens.
The Goldenrod is one of the plants I associate with this season. It brilliantly blooms along the sides of the road. Naturalist and author, John Muir described the Goldenrod as:
“The fragrance, color, and form of the whole spiritual expression of Goldenrod are hopeful and strength-giving beyond any others I know. A single spike is sufficient to heal unbelief and melancholy.” A couple of the Legends that surround the goldenrod: the stem of the plant was used as a divining rod, and if it grows near your home, it will bring you good fortune.
The gemstone that reflects the color of the harvest for me is the Carnelian, it’s color a red-orange hue. It’s associated with our sacral chakra. As I hold my Carnelian, I feel the warmth and joy of it’s vibration, it boosts my energy, and it’s a dose of strength and courage. If you are looking for that special person or wanting to enhance your love life and creativity, you can wear a Carnelian for passion, love, and desire.
Bright Blessings for everyone today on this full moon in Pisces and in the Season of Harvest Home! What food, music, books, or activities feed your soul?
