Happy 4th of July for all those here in the US! And today we celebrate our New Moon in Cancer on the same day under the same Sun sign, Cancer, that the United States was born on July 4th, 1776, on it’s 240th Birthday! 240 breaks down in Numerology to a 6 when we add the 2+4+0=6. 6 is the Nurturer. The energy of the 6 vibrates to the family and our tribe, just like Cancer, and it’s also a magnet to draw what we desire to us! This year on the 4th, our New Moon is in Cancer along with our Sun! The sign of Cancer is all about our domestic life. It can be a great time if you are looking to buy or sell a house during this time or any related home projects.
Our intuition is heightened during this Cancer New Moon and it’s in a trine with Neptune so it gets that extra boost especially in our creative endeavors and can bring gifts of intuition and ideas up from the depths. With the gift of intuition comes sensitivity so objectivity is useful. There is an opposition with Pluto so if something or someone comes up for you that irritates or challenges you exit stage left, or look and see if there is somewhere within us we find that too and once we can do this it becomes a non issue. It may be something in our past that reappears.
